♥ St. Valentine's day- round 3 - cooking school
This morning the suggestion I'd like to give you is about Valentine's dinner. I mean, we could take this occasion to stay close with our parter and have with him/her a special/cute dinner. One of my favorite recipe is flan, all types of flan usually look so small, tender and cute, basically they are delicacies of the food world. I choose this recipe as starter: Prawns and porcini flan. Prawns are quite

♥ INGREDIENTS
Flan:
6 prawns, peeled
100 gr Porcini Mushrooms
a bit of butter
1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
half glass of white wine
1 cloves of garlic (don't worry you don't smell of it and garlic is so aphrodisiac!!)
2 eggs
a bit of parsley
nutmeg, salt and pepper
Sauce:
bechamel
100 GR grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
salt and pepper
♥ PREPARATION
Bechamel Sauce: Heat up your pre made bechamel with a bit of milk , away from the heat add the grated Parmesan cheese stirring to amalgamate and also salt and pepper.
To prepare the flan: sauté the sliced mushrooms in oil and a nut of butter with a garlic clove, nugmet, salt and pepper. Remove the garlic clove when golden-brown. Mix together the 2 prawns, mushrooms, 3/4 of the sauce, the egg yolk, grated Parmesan cheese, a bunch of parsley and mix everything. Add the whipped white eggs to the mixture.
Put into the cupcake pans and bake in the oven for 10 minutes (180°) till they are cooked. Turn over the flan on the plate and cover with the left bechamel sauce. Embellish with the left praws and some teeny piece of parsey.

♥ Cooking School: anolini
Last Saturday was so freezing I decided to cook broth just to warm up myself! Outside it was totally white because it was a big snowfall during the past night, the city is so beautiful today, the atmosphere you can breathe is amazing, supermerry, cute and so paceful & relaxing. Anyway ... I can miss eating the broth with anolini, the traditional and local stuffed pasta. to do them you need of the right shape to cut them, if you don't have chance to get it you can use some circle shapewith diameter of 2 cm.

♥ Cooking School: tiramisù

Here just for you a really yummy recipe to "warm up" yourself a bit in these very freezing days.
Tiramisù usually is quite heavy and seems fat, well, this recipe is very light and tempting. My guests usually ask me for one more slice and this makes me happy of course!!
About savoiardi: you can find them in all Italian food shops or in a lot of markets.
Ingredients - Serves 84 eggs
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
500 grams of mascarpone
1 cup italian coffee
300 grams of savoiardi (biscuits)
1 bunch bitter cocoa
Directions:1.Beat yolk eggs with sugar, when they will be swollen add the mascarpone mixing very well.
2.Whisk 2 white eggs with the mixerand add it to the mixture. Please keep attention at this step!!! Fold in gently.
3.Put the coffee in a plate, sugar it and add 3 tablespoons of water. Dip into the coffee the savoiardo just 2 seconds (it must be soaked but not full of liquid!!) and put it into the pan. Do the same with all other savoiardos and make a layer on the bottom of the pan.
4.Add half of the cream on the first layer of biscuits and cover againg with another layer of soaked savoirados. Cover with the rest of the cream.
5.Dust on the top with bitter cocoa and put on the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
6.Now taste it and let me know!!! it's amazing, promise!!!
Tiramisù is a quintessential recipe in italian cuisine. Try it with a glass of PASSITO wine... All too perfect!
